Steering Groups

The SG comprises the Lead Partner, one representative from each partner, the Executive Director (ED) and is supported by the Network Co-ordinator (NC). One area of responsibility for the NC is to organise and service the SG and its meetings according to an agreed schedule of meetings (see Events Diary).

The NC ensures effective administration and organisation of the 7 Steering Group meetings. This involves:

• preparing the agenda in consultation with the LP and partners,
• preparing the Scope and Purpose of the meetings,
• producing the list of participants,
• collecting and, as necessary, preparing discussion papers for each meeting,
• collecting and, as necessary, preparing presentations for each meeting,
• acting as a reporter for the SG meetings.
